我院泌尿外科2007-2011年中成药使用分析

摘　　要：目的:为我院中成药的管理和临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调取我院中药房2007-2011年泌尿外科中成药的销售数据,对年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药物利用指数等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:5年内我院泌尿外科中成药的销售金额和DDDs呈较快上升趋势,DDC在20元以下的品种占多半。结论:我院泌尿外科中成药的使用基本合理。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the management of Chinese patent medicine and rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：The sales data of Chinese patent medicines in urology surgery department were collected from TCM pharmacy of our hospital during 2007-2011,and analyzed statistically in respect of annual consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and DUI.RESULTS：The consumption sum and DDDs of Chinese patent medicines were increasing quickly in urology surgery department of our hospital in 5 years.The DDC was below 20 yuan for most of Chinese patent medicines.CONCLUSION：The application of Chinese patent medicines in urology surgery department of our hospital is basically reasonable.
