摘　　要：目的:探讨可能影响中药注射剂安全性的因素。方法:根据用药的实际情况,以常用溶媒为切入点,探讨中药注射剂的用药安全性。结果:溶媒种类的选择、溶媒用量的选择、是否单独给药、输液滴速以及患者自身的个体特异性等方面都会影响中药注射剂的安全性。结论:严格临床指征,规范用药、规范操作可使中药注射剂真正成为防病、治病的利器。OBJECTIVE：To explore the influential factors of the safety of TCM injections.METHODS：According to practical condition of drug use,the safety of TCM injections was explored with the key point of common solvents.RESULTS：The safety of TCM injections was affected by types and amounts of solvents,single administration,infusion speed and individual condition of patient,etc.CONCLUSION：TCM injections may turn into a useful weapon of diseases prevention and treatment through strict clinical indicator,standard medication and standard operation.
