摘  要:[目的]探索一种新的(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯和水杨腈通过缩合反应合成嘧菌酯的方法,并优化其合成工艺。[方法]以甲苯为溶剂,通过考察敷酸剂的种类和用量、反应温度和相转移催化剂的用量,确定较优的工艺参数。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,合成收率大于98.5%;甲醇精制1次后,产品含量大于98.0%。[结论]该工艺收率高、操作简便、产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。[Aims] The objective is to explore a new preparation method of azoxystrobin by the condensation reaction of material(E)-methyl 2-(2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3-methoxyacrylate and 2-hydroxybenzonitrile,and the synthetic process was optimized and improved.[Methods] In order to determinate the optimum parameters,the reaction conditions such as the kinds and the quantity of acid-binding agent,reaction temperature and the quantity of phase transfer catalyst were investigated,with toluene as solvent.[Results] Under the optimal reaction conditions,the synthetic yield was greater than 98.5%,refined by methanol once,product content was up to 98.0%.[Conclusions] This synthetic process has some characteristics,such as high yield,simple operation and high purity,and it's suitable for industrial production.
