摘　　要：[目的]烯肟菌胺与戊唑醇复配制备油悬浮剂,可提高原药的生物活性并解决该复配混剂的其他剂型品种在热带多雨地区施用对作物病害的防治效果受影响的问题。[方法]利用湿法砂磨加工工艺对20%烯肟菌胺.戊唑醇油悬浮剂的配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。对该制剂的室内生物活性及其应用性能进行研究。[结果]该制剂的较优配方为烯肟菌胺10.0%,戊唑醇10.0%,Span-20 5.0%,OP-7 10.0%,有机膨润土2.0%,甲酯化大豆油补足至100%。[结论]对该制剂性能指标的检测结果显示其各项控制项目指标均符合油悬浮剂的相关标准。室内生测试验证明该制剂配方具有较优的生物活性及较好的耐雨水冲刷性和铺展性,具有良好的市场应用前景。[Aims] Fenaminstrobin and tebuconazole were prepared to mixed fungicides in the formulation of oil-based suspension concentrate（also known as oil dispersion referred to as OD） to improve their bioactivities and solve the control efficiency of crop diseases in tropical wet regions.[Methods] Through wet milling process,the components of fenaminstrobin·tebuconazole 20% OD were screened and optimized.The greenhouse bioacitivity and applicaton properties of the OD formulations were studied.[Results] The optimum formula was as follows： fenaminstrobin 10.0%,tebuconazole 10.0%,Span-20 5.0%,OP-7 10.0%,organobentonite 2.0%,methyl ester of soybean oil up to 100%.[Conclusions] The results of the formulation physical-chemical properties test showed that its all terms met the standards of OD.Furthermore,it showed that the new developed formulation had excellent bioactivity,resistance to rain erosion,and spreading property by the indoor bioassay,which would have broad market prospects.
