摘  要:[目的]筛选防治甘蓝蚜的高效、低毒药剂。[方法]测定了5种杀虫剂对甘蓝蚜与瓢虫的选择性毒力和田间防效以及2%阿维菌素EC对甘蓝蚜室内毒力的温度效应。[结果]40%氯虫.噻虫嗪WG对甘蓝蚜的毒力最强,LC50值为1.9355 mg/L;对异色瓢虫2龄幼虫/甘蓝蚜、龟纹瓢虫成虫/甘蓝蚜的选择性毒力比值分别为16.34和18.28;对田间甘蓝蚜毒力的速效性和持效性强,3 d后药效一直维持在90%以上。[结论]防治甘蓝蚜最适药剂为40%氯虫.噻虫嗪WG,2%阿维菌素EC作为生物农药对甘蓝蚜的毒力具有正温度效应。[Aims] The optimal insecticide against Brevicoryne brassicae was screened out with high efficiency and low toxicity.[Methods] The selective toxicities and field control effects of 5 insecticides to B.brassicae and ladybeetles were studied,and the toxicity of abamectin 2% EC was determined under different temperatures.[Results] The results showed that chlorantraniliprole thiamethoxam 40% WG had the highest toxicity to B.brassicae with LC50 of 1.935?5 mg/L,the selective toxicity ratio(STR,Harmonia axyridis Pallas LC50/B.brassicae LC50 and Propylaea japonica Thunberg LC50/B.brassicae LC50) was 16.34 and 18.28,and it had fast effect and residual effect to field B.brassicae with the efficacy of more than 90% after 3 days after treatment.[Conclusions] The optimal insecticide against B.brassicae was chlorantraniliprole thiamethoxam 40% WG,abamectin 2% EC showed the positive temperature effect as a kind of biological pesticide.
