摘  要:实验研究了粉煤灰 -石灰吸收剂经 1 50℃和 40 0~ 80 0℃蒸汽处理后 ,其固硫能力的改善程度 ,并借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析技术对蒸汽活化机理进行分析 .粉煤灰 -石灰的一次硫化样品经 1 50℃蒸汽处理后 ,Ca O转化为 Ca( OH) 2 ,石灰颗粒发生破碎 ,粉煤灰颗粒表面粘附了大量的含钙微粒 ,从而大大增加了吸收剂的有效反应表面积 ,在 40 0~ 80 0℃的脱硫反应温度下使其转化率比未处理吸收剂的转化率提高了 0 .8~ 1 .5倍 . 1 50℃蒸汽处理方式比 40 0~ 80 0℃蒸汽处理方式的效果好 .In this paper the desulfurization ability of fly ashlime treated at 150℃ and 400~800℃ steam were studied.Scanning electron microscope (SEM)and X ray diffraction(XRD)were used to analyze the mechanism of steam activation.After once sulfated sorbents of fly ashlime were treated at 150℃ steam,its CaO was converted to Ca(OH)2,particles of lime were crashed and many micro calcium powder adhered to the surface of fly ash,which increased the effective surface area of sorbents and their conversion rate was higher than those untreated sorbents 08~15 times at 400~800℃ of desulfurization.The desulfurization ability of sorbents treated at 150℃ were higher than that of those treated at 400~800℃.
