上海市普陀区2006~2010年艾滋病检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析普陀区艾滋病流行现状与特征,为今后的防制工作提供依据。方法对2006～2010年普陀区不同人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测资料进行统计分析。结果 2006～2010年检测各类人群血清标本共235244件,检出HIV抗体阳性148例,阳性率为0.06%;各类监测人群阳性率分别为阳性者配偶或性伴60.0%、检测咨询者1.61%、羁押人员体检者1.13%、其他就诊者0.25%、性病门诊就诊者0.21%、美沙酮门诊者0.21%、术前检测者0.03%、受血前检测者0.02%、公共场所体检者0.02%、婚前检测者0.02%、孕产期检测者0.01%、就业就学体检者0.01%;HIV阳性者男性高于女性,男︰女=2.7︰1;以20～39岁的青壮年为主,占72.98%;外来流动人口高于本市户籍人口,占66.89%;感染途径以性传播途径为主,占75%。结论普陀区艾滋病仍处于低流行水平,应继续扩大监测检测的覆盖面和健全检测网络,加大防制知识的宣传力度,加强高危行为干预,阻断艾滋病的进一步蔓延和扩散。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic features of AIDS in Putuo District and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control in the future.METHODS The HIV detection data of different population groups in Putuo District from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 235 244 samples from different population groups were detected and 148 cases of anti-HIV positive were indentified,with a positive rate of 0.06%;of whom the positive rate was positive spouse or partner 60.0%;voluntary counseling and testing 1.61% ;custody staff 1.13% ;other attendance 0.25% ;STD clinic attendance 0.21% ;MMT 0.21%;preoperative 0.03%;detection before transfusion 0.02%;physical examination personnel in public places 0.02%;premarital detection 0.02%;maternal 0.01%;physical examination before employment or school 0.01%;HIV positive people were higher in man than in women,M︰F = 2.7︰1;mainly in young adults of 20-39 years,accounting for 72.98%;HIV positive people were higher in the floating population than in the local population accounting for 66.89% ;the main route of transmission was the sexual transmission,accounting for 75%.CONCLUSION At present,AIDS in Putuo District is still at a low infection stage.To expand surveillance and testing coverage,we should improve detection network,strengthen the monitoring and prevention of AIDS knowledge publicity efforts,carry out high-risk behavioral intervention.
