干扰素联合喜炎平治疗重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素联合喜炎平治疗重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎的临床应用价值。方法选择重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患儿83例,随机分为观察组和对照组。在一般处理的基础上,观察组患儿应用重组人干扰素+喜炎平。对照组患儿应用利巴韦林+喜炎平,用药时间3～5d。结果①观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.7%,显著高于对照组的76.2%(t=4.2721,P=0.0387)。②观察组患者平均体温恢复正常时间、平均皮疹消退时间、平均头痛缓解时间、平均呕吐缓解时间及平均精神症状好转时间均显著短于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论干扰素联合喜炎平治疗重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎能够显著改善患儿临床症状,具有较好的疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of interferon combination with Xiyanping in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease with viral encephalitis.METHODS 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Based on the general treatment,the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon ＋ Xiyanping.The control was treated with Xiyanping ＋ ribavirin,treatment cycle for 3-5d.RESULTS ① The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.7%,significantly higher than the control（76.2%）（t = 4.272 1,P = 0.038 7）.② The average body temperature returned to normal time,the average rash subsided time,the average time to headache relief,the average time to ease vomiting and average improvement of psychiatric symptoms of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control（P﹤0.01）.CONCLUSION In the treatment of severe hand,foot and mouth disease with viral encephalitis,interferon combination with Xiyanping can significantly improve clinical symptoms,and have good effect.
