早期肢体运动训练对老年脑卒中运动障碍患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期肢体运动训练对老年脑卒中运动障碍患者康复影响。方法选取2010年5月～2011年5月在某院接受治疗的56例老年脑卒中运动障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组和不附加早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组,每组各28人。两组患者均进行常规性的老年偏瘫运动障碍患者治疗和用药,附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组附加早期肢体运动训练辅助治疗,而对照治疗组则进行常规治疗之后不采取早期肢体运动训练治疗,比较二组的病人在接受治疗前后的1d、2d、3d的ADL值和运动功能还有肌力值。比较以上几种指标综合评定二组患者在进行治疗3d之后的总体疗效。结果二组患者在接受治疗1d、2d、3d后,ADL值和运动功能还有肌力值均得到有效的缓解,但是附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组在这3d的治疗中,附加早期肢体运动训练治疗组患者的ADL值运动功能还有肌力值检测值恢复时间明显比不附加早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组要快,恢复状况更好。通过对上述患者指标的综合治疗效果分析可得,附加早期肢体运动训练的治疗组治疗效率明显优于不早期肢体运动训练的对照治疗组。P值均﹤0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论附加早期肢体运动训练可以促进老年脑卒中运动障碍患者的康复。OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of early limb exercise training on rehabilitation in elderly stroke patients with movement disorders.METHODS 56 cases of elderly stroke movement disorders from May 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital for treatment were selected for the study,and randomly divided into additional early limb exercise training treatment group and no strings attached early limb exercise training control group,each group of 28 persons.Patients in both groups were given regular treatment and medication of the elderly hemiplegic movement disorders,additional early limb exercise training was used in treatment group,while no early limb movements was used in the control group after conventional treatment.Compared ADL values,motor function and muscle strength values of the two groups before and after 1d,2d,3d treatment.Compared the above indicators to assess the overall efficacy of the two groups after 3d treatment.RESULTS The two groups of patients treated 1d,2d,3d,the ADL values and motor function,muscle strength values were obtained effective mitigation,but in additional early treatment of limb exercise training group in the three days of treatment,the patients＇ recovery time of ADL value,motor function,muscle strength values were faster than the control treatment group,and recovery situation was better.Through the analysis of the indicators of these patients,the efficiency in additional early limb exercise training treatment group was significantly better than no early training of limb movement control treatment group.All showed P ﹤ 0.05.CONCLUSION Additional early limb exercise training can promote the rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients with movement disorders.
