健康教育在136例产后出血患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析健康教育在产后出血患者中的效果。方法选择某院2009年1月～2012年1月272例具备产后出血高危因素的孕产妇随机分为两组,观察组136例从孕28周开始进行有计划的健康教育,对照组136例采用常规护理及健康指导,观察两组孕妇健康教育前后心理状况、产后出血量及产后出血发生率等。结果观察组发生5例,发生率为3.68%,对照组发生18例,发生率为13.24%,观察组产后平均出血量与产后24h出血量均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组健康教育后SAS、SDS评分较治疗前有明显降低,而对照组虽有所降低,但不明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对产后出血高危患者进行针对性的健康教育有助于改善孕妇的心理状况,提高孕妇的相关知识,从而降低产后出血量及产后出血发生率,也大大提高了患者的满意度。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of health education in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.METHODS 272 cases with risk factors of maternal postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups.136 cases of the observation group from 28 weeks of gestation were taken for a planned health education,and the control group was taken with conventional care and health guidance.The psychological status,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage rate of the two groups of pregnant women before and after health education were observed.RESULTS The observation group had five cases of postpartum hemorrhage,and the incidence rate was 3.68%.The control group had 18 cases,the rate was 13.24%.The average postpartum bleeding volume and 24-hour postpartum bleeding volume of the observation group were both less than the control group（P﹤0.05）.The SAS,SDS scores after health education in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment.Although the control group decreased,the obvious difference between the two groups was significant（P ﹤ 0.05）.CONCLUSION The health education will help improving the psychological status and knowledge of pregnant women to reduce the incidence and volume of postpartum hemorrhage,and also greatly improve patients＇ satisfaction.
