摘 要:目的监测医院环境中曲霉菌含量、分布特点及分析其同源性。方法运用分离培养及DNA测序方法对医院不同病区、不同环境中真菌进行监测分析,并运用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)方法分析其同源性。结果不同病区、不同环境曲霉菌污染程度不同,其中空气中以呼吸科、血液科最高,分别为325cfu/m3、250cfu/m3;空调出气口以肿瘤科、呼吸科、血液科较高,分别为0.176cfu/cm2、0.176cfu/cm2、0.118cfu/cm2;曲霉菌同源性分析(RAPD)结果示H4株(血液科空气)、H5株(呼吸科空气)、H6株(呼吸科空调出气口)之间,H7株(神经科空气)与H3株(神经科空调出气口)之间;Y1株(血液科空气)与Y4株(血液科空调出气口)之间,Y2株(消化科空气)与Y5株(呼吸科空气)之间的指纹图谱较一致。结论医院环境中曲霉菌污染较严重,且部分来源不同曲霉菌之间同源性较高。OBJECTIVE To monitor aspergillus content,distribution characteristics in hospital and analyze its homology.METHODS Used separation cultivation and DNA sequencing methods to analyze environment aspergillus in hospital,investigated their homology by random amplification of polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis.RESULTS The contamination of aspergillus in different environments in hospital was varying,densities were higher in air of departments of respiratory medicine and haematology,than that of other wards,respectively 325 cfu /m 3 and 250 cfu /m 3 ;while densities at air vent of air condition of oncology,respiratory medicine and haematology departments were higher than that of other sites(the surface of bedside cupboards,bedclothes and basins),respectively 0.176 cfu /cm 2,0.176 cfu /cm 2 and 0.118 cfu /cm 2 ;Homology analysis result of aspergillus revealed that fingerprints of H4 and H5,H6,H7 and H3 were identical.In addition,fingerprints of Y1 and Y4,Y2 and Y5 showed be similar.CONCLUSION The contamination of aspergillus in hospital is severe.Aspergillus came from different wards or sites shows a high homology that means their very close genetic relationship.
