摘 要:目的了解深圳市龙岗区野鼠流行性出血热病毒感染状况,为预防和控制EHF疫情的发生提供参考。方法通过间接免疫荧光试验(IFAT)检测鼠血中流行性出血热病毒IgG抗体(EHF-IgG),对龙岗区EHF宿主动物种类和感染率进行检测和分析。结果在捕获的88只野鼠中,9只阳性鼠均为褐家鼠,鼠血清EHFV-IgG抗体总阳性率为10.23%(9/88)。结论龙岗区鼠类存在着EHFV的感染,褐家鼠是区内的主要宿主动物和传染源,且褐家鼠感染率呈上升趋势,有发生人间EHF的潜在危险,提示应进一步加强鼠类种群和密度监测,积极开展爱国卫生除四害工作,在每年E-HF流行期来临前开展统一灭鼠运动。OBJECTIVE To explore EHFV natural infection of captured rat-like animals in Longgang District of Shenzhen City and provide references for prevention and control strategies of epidemic EHF.METHODS EHFV-IgG antibody in serum specimens from captured rat-like animals were detected by using indirect immunofluorescence antibody test(IFAT) and analyze host species and infection rate.RESULTS A total of 88 of rat-like animals were detected and the animal antibody carrying rate was 10.23%.Nine rats with positive IgG responses to EHFV were all Rattus norvegicus.CONCLUSION There is a natural epidemic focus in Longgang District and the predominant species is Rattus norvegicus,whose hantavirus infection rate is on the rise.The results suggest that there is a potential risk of EHFV spreads among humans.Surveillance on rat species and density,wiping out rats scientifically should be emphasized before EHF epidemic periods in each year.
