摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性肝破裂的临床诊断方法和最佳治疗方案。方法对我院2010年2月～2011年2月收治的50例外伤性肝破裂患者的临床的诊治资料进行分析、归纳和总结。结果本组患者经有效的诊断和治疗,治愈47例,2例好转,1例由于失血性休克死亡。结论外伤性肝破裂应尽早诊断,根据患者自身疾病的具体情况选择合理、有效的治疗方法。OBJCETIVE To study the diagnostic method and the best treatment of hepatorrhexis by the external trauma.METHODS From February 2010 to February2011,50 cases were collected and the date of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS 47 cases had the effective diagnosis and treatment,2 had improved,1 case died because of hemorrhagic shock.CONCLUSION Hepatorrhexis by the external trauma should be diagnosed as early as possible and different treatment should be considered in different situation according to the effectiveness.
