伊曲康唑联合应用方案治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨伊曲康唑联合应用方案治疗头部重度脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2005年1月～2006年12月就诊于某院皮肤科门诊的138例重度脂溢性皮炎患者为研究对象,对不同方法的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组总有效率94.20%,对照组总有效率69.57%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组真菌镜检阴转率为79.71%,对照组真菌镜检阴转率为59.42%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论头部重度脂溢性皮炎,采用伊曲康唑联合应用方案效果较好,该方法是一种治疗重度脂溢性皮炎有效方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects for the combination of itraconazole in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.METHODS 138 cases of patients with seborrheic dermatitis admitted to hospital from November 2004 to November 2005 in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects.The effects of the treatment for different methods were taken for comparative analysis.RESULTS The total efficiency of the treatment group of 69 patients was 94.20%,and the total efficiency of the control group of 69 patients was 69.57%.The treatment group was better than the control group（P﹤0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.The negative rate of fungi microscopy in the treatment group was 79.71%,and the negative rate of fungi microscopy in the control group was 59.42%.The treatment group was better than the control group,P﹤0.05,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION In the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis,the effect for the combination of itraconazole in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitisthe is effective,and it is an effective method for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.
