血清MMP-9在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生发展中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发生发展中的意义。方法将某院2010年10月～2011年4月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者52例作为观察组,并以健康成人49例作为对照组,比较分析两组血清MMP-9水平及肺功能指标。结果观察组患者的肺功能指标第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)、一秒钟用力呼气容积占肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)%明显减低,而残气量与肺总量比值(RV/TLC)%明显升高,血清MMP-9水平明显升高,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能指标改变更明显,而血清MMP-9水平也明显高于稳定期患者,组间差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论血清MMP-9在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生发展中有重要的临床意义,有利于判断患者的病情及预后,为临床工作提供指导信息。OBJECTIVE To investigate the significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.METHODS 52 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from October 2010 to April 2011 were chosen as the observation group,and 49 cases of healthy adults were chosen as the control group.The levels of serum MMP-9 level and indicators of lung function were taken for comparative analysis.RESULTS The lung function of forced expiratory volume in 1 second of patients was accounting for the percentage of the predicted value（FEV1%）,forced expiratory volume in 1 second /forced vital capacity（FEV1 /FVC ratio） reduced significantly,while the residual volume of total lung capacity（RV /TLC） increased significantly,and serum MMP-9 levels were significantly increased.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤ 0.05）.The change of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease indices of pulmonary function for patients with acute exacerbation were more obvious,while the serum MMP-9 levels were also significantly higher than patients during stable period,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0.05）.CONCULSION Serum MMP-9 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has an important clinical significance in occurrence and development of disease and is good for the judgment of patient＇s condition and prognosis,which provides a guidance for clinical work.
