彩色多普勒超声及超声造影对干细胞移植治疗下肢动脉闭塞症疗效的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及超声血管造影对自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗下肢动脉闭塞症的疗效。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院2009年7月-2012年4月7例下肢动脉闭塞患者,干细胞移植前及移植后1～3个月内分别进行二维超声、彩色多普勒及超声血管造影的检查,将二者的结果进行对比分析。结果超声血管造影显示干细胞移植后4例患者于闭塞段的周边可见粗细不均、走行迂曲的管状回声,内部呈造影剂增强回声,管状回声汇入下肢动脉主干内;6例患者于主干的附近肌层内可见散在的短条状增强回声,较手术前明显增多;1例患者闭塞段周边肌层内未见任何增强回声出现,下肢动脉闭塞段内未见明显造影剂增强回声。结论超声血管造影有望成为一种新的影像学技术,为临床提供判断疗效的客观依据。Objective To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound and the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for antilogous stem cell transplantation treatment in lower limb artery occlusion.Methods Seven cases of peripheral arterial occlusion were studied with two-dimensional,color Doppler and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before and 1-3 months after stem cell transplantation respectively.Results After 1-3 months of stem cell transplantation,CEUS indicated that four cases with peripheral occlusive segment were visible uneven thickness,and took a tortuous tubular echo level,high level echo were showed inside the artery after the contrast agent injection;six cases in the vicinity of the backbone of the muscleseen scattered in the short strip layer to enhance the echo.Conclusion： CEUS is expected to become a new imaging diagnosis technology for providing more accurate information.
