摘　　要：“七五”和“八五”期间 ,湖北省环卫收入平均年增长率 47.2 % ,增长速度高于全国平均水平。介绍了湖北省环卫收入的管理、使用情况 ,并提出若干存在的问题。During the“seventh five years”and the“eighth five years”the annual average growth rate of environmental sanitation income in Hubei province is 47.2%,which is higher than national average growth rate.The paper introduced the managent and expends of environmental sanitaion charges of Hubei province and pointed out several existed problems.
