摘　　要：目前大学生就业时普遍存在一些不良心态,严重影响了学生的就业前景。就大学生常见的不良就业心态及其产生原因进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以期为大学生就业心态的调整提供指导,促进大学毕业生及时、良好地就业。The currently universal unhealthy mindset in college students in finding employments has generated negative effect on their job findings. This article examines the various unhealthy mindsets that exist in college students in landing jobs as well as the reasons behind this mentality and puts forward proposals to address it so as to help graduates finding right jobs for them.
