摘 要:基于电子能量方程、连续性方程建立了大功率无线电波斜向加热低电离层的物理模型,数值计算了加热前后电离层电子温度和密度的变化,并对比了不同加热条件下的电离层扰动幅度。结果表明:1)大功率电波斜向射入电离层后,与等离子体相互作用,能够有效造成电子温度和密度的扰动,为达到与垂直加热相同的扰动幅度,需要更高的入射功率;2)在其他相同条件下,入射频率越高,造成的电子温度扰动幅度越小;X波模加热造成的扰动幅度大于O波模,在电离层传播时X波模要比O波模容易吸收;3)入射仰角越高,加热的扰动幅度越大,在垂直加热时电子温度的最大扰动幅度可达45%,而以45°仰角入射时最大幅度约为18%。Based on the energy equation and continuity equation of electrons, a physical model of oblique heating the lower ionosphere by powerful HF waves is developed. We use this model to calculate the change of the electron temperature and density after heating, and compare the disturbance amplitude at different heating conditions. The results are as follows. Firstly, the terrestrial ionospheric plasma can be heated by powerful ground-based high-frequency radio waves, which can result in the distinct disturbance of the electron temperature and density. Compared with the vertical heating case, the oblique heating needs more power to reach the same disturbance amplitude. Secondly, under the same conditions, the higher radio frequency, the less disturbance of electron temperature; and the temperature disturbance by X mode wave heating is larger than O mode wave heating, that is, X mode wave is more likely to be absorbed in the lower ionosphere. Thirdly, the larger elevation angel, the greater disturbance of electron temperature is caused, and the temperature disturbance amplitude can reach up to 45° by vertical heating, while about 18% by 45° oblique heating.
