摘　　要：讨论了氯化钾镀锌添加剂的组成及特性,分析了浊点、耐盐度与镀层质量之间的关系。重点介绍了氯化钾镀锌的溶液组成及特点,探讨了各工艺条件对电镀质量的影响,简单说明了镀后处理工艺,指出了氯化钾镀锌目前存在的问题及改进方向。The composition and characteristics of additives for potassium chloride zinc plating were discussed. The relationship between cloud point, salt tolerance, and zinc coating quality was analyzed. The formulation and properties of potassium chloride zinc plating bath were emphatically introduced. The effect of individual process condition on plating quality was discussed. The post-treatment process was briefly described. The existing problems of potassium chloride zinc plating and some improvement directions were pointed out.
