摘  要:目的观察寒凝血瘀模型大鼠下丘脑神经递质的变化及其对生殖内分泌的调节和影响。方法将大鼠置于0~1℃冰水中造成妇科寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型,采用放射免疫分析方法测定血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的含量及下丘脑β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量,采用荧光分光光度法测定下丘脑5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、多巴胺(DA)含量。结果模型组大鼠的血清E2、P、T、LH、FSH明显降低,下丘脑β-EP、5-HT、NA、DA的含量明显升高,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论下丘脑分泌的神经介质β-EP、NA、DA、5-HT参与了生殖内分泌的调节和寒凝血瘀证的形成。Objective To observe the changes of neurotransmitters in hypothalamus and influences on reproductive endocrine in rat model of congealing cold with blood and their regulation stasis. Methods The rat model of congealing cold with blood stasis was established by keeping rats in ice water (0-1 ℃ ). The content of serum progesterone (P) , estradiol ( E2 ) , testosterone (T) , follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (. LH), and content of hypothalamus β-endorphin (β-EP) were detected by using radioimmunoassay. The content of hypothalamus 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), noradrenalin (NA) and dopamine (DA) were detected by using fluorospectrophotometry. Results The content of E2, P, T, LH and FSH decreased significantly and content of β-EP, 5-HT, NA and DA increased significantly in rats of model group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with normal group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The neurotransmitters including β-EP, NA, DA and 5-HT secreted by hypothalamus participate in the regulation of reproductive endocrine and onset of congealing cold with blood stasis.
