摘 要:世界到底是简单的还是复杂的?或者一切是受终极规律支配的还是混乱无序的?迄今的科学和哲学都未能给出确定的答案。在复杂性视域下,如果存在支配一切的终极规律,那么可能有的复杂性充其量是可计算复杂性;否则,还会有不可计算复杂性。不可计算复杂性的微观基础是不确定性,追问世界到底是确定性的还是不确定性的,我们最终必将面临"存在"与"生成"问题。基于计算性质的"追问"行为本身实则是离散性、潜在性和无限性的,由其界定的"存在"与"生成"呈现出精妙的确定性与不确定性的关系。Is the world simple or complex in the end? In the order word, the all are either subject to a final law or in disorder? Up to now both science and philosophy couldn't draw the certain conclusion. In the Domain of Complexity if there is a final law then all the complexity would be computable complexity, otherwise there are incomputable complexity else. The basis of the incomputable complexity is uncertainty, Questioning closely that is the world certain or uncertain in the end, we will certainly be lead to the problems of being and becoming. In fact it means discreteness, potential and infinity that the behavior of questioning closely on the basis of computation properties, the behavior itself definite "being" and "becoming" in which the relation of certainty and uncertainty is fine.
