摘　　要：执法规范化建设是建设社会主义法治国家的重要一环,是树立司法机关良好社会形象的客观要求,是打造一支高素质、高标准、高水平检察队伍的迫切需要。ISO质量管理体系标准代表着国际先进的管理思想和管理水平,在检察机关的执法规范化建设中,借鉴ISO的管理理念,探讨如何完善管理机制、规范执法环节,对改进机关工作作风、提升监督能力、提高检察工作效率,有着许多现实意义。The law enforcement standardization is a major part of constructing the socialistic legalized country, is the objective requirement of establishing a good image of the judicial department, and is the urgent need of creating a high - quality, high - standard, and high - level prosecutor team. ISO stands for international advanced management thought and management level. By borrowing the ISO management concept, to discuss how to improve the management system and regulate law enforcement behavior has practical significance in improving the government work style , the supervisory ability and the work efficiency.
