摘 要:针对再生水回用于循环冷却水系统易引起结垢和腐蚀问题,采用碳酸钙沉积法和旋转挂片法考察了典型阻垢缓蚀剂的性能,通过试验筛选出一种针对不锈钢材质的高效、环保的复合阻垢缓蚀剂HT,并通过扫描电镜和能谱分析探讨了HT的阻垢和缓蚀机理。试验结果表明:再生水浓缩倍数为3、HT有效浓度为31mg/L时,阻垢率为98%,不锈钢腐蚀速率为0.000 3mm/a,缓蚀率为91.3%,阻垢机理主要为晶格畸变、螯合增溶和电荷分散作用,缓蚀机理主要为沉淀膜和吸附膜共存的阴极反应抑制作用。Aiming at the problems of scaling and corrosion in reclaimed water recycling cooling system,the calcite-precipitation method and the rotating coupon method were used to study the performance of the typical scale and corrosion inhibitor in this paper.Through experiments,a kind of high efficient and environment-friendly comprehensive scale and corrosion inhibitor for stainless steel-HT was filtered out,and its principles to prevent scale and corrosion were studied through scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results showed: when the condensed ratio of reclaimed water was 3 and HT effective concentration was 31 mg/L,the scale prevention rate was 98%,the stainless steel corrosion rate was 0.000 3 mm/a,corrosion alleviation rate was 91.3%;the scale prevention mechanisms included distortion of lattice,chelating solubilisation,and electric charge dispersion;the corrosion prevention mechanisms mainly included the coexistence of precipitation membrane and adsorption membrane and cathodic reaction inhibitory effect.
