摘　　要：中国气象频道使用Avid高标清新闻制播网进行气象新闻节目的制作与播出。该系统部署了Avid公司的ISIS7000网络共享存储系统、Avid Interplay媒体生产管理平台、Avid iNEWS新闻文稿设备及Avid NewsCutter编辑工作站,构成完整的高清新闻生产制作与播出网络系统。从需求分析、系统设计、设备选型、项目实施等各个环节,介绍了Avid新闻制播系统中的配音子系统。新业务系统投入使用以来,以科学合理的设计、清晰明确的流程、简洁方便的操作,实现了高清新闻节目配音的网络化、信息化。The China Weather TV has newly launched its AVID HD news production and broadcast system which consists of Avid ISIS7000 shared storage system, Avid Interplay media asset management platform and Avid iNews newsroom computer system. One of its subsystem, the dubbing subsystem is introduced, and its supply and demand, architecture design, equipment selection and projects implementation are discussed on. Benefiting from its scientific design, effective and clear procedures, and easy operation, the dubbing subsystem has delivered the informationalization and networkization in HD news program dubbing.
