摘　　要：近年来,我国快速城镇化所伴生的大规模的城乡建设,使得地处人类经济活动密集区域的一些大遗址在遗址保护与区域发展之间产生了尖锐的矛盾。汉长安城遗址区近年来所出现的"遗址保护限制发展,发展破坏保护"的尴尬局面,其实质在一定程度上反映出遗址保护中各利益主体(文物部门、地方政府、居民和开发商等)之间的矛盾。有鉴于博弈论对于分析遗产保护与发展中的利益冲突所显现出的适用性,本文基于博弈论的视角对汉长安城遗址保护与区域发展中的矛盾进行了分析,提出了汉长安城遗址的保护策略。In recent years, the urban and rural construction originating from China＇ s rapid urbanization has made some conflicts between the regional development and the large ruins＇ protection which located in a region of dense human economic activity. The lose - lose situation of Han Chang＇ an City Ruins which ＂ruins protection hinders the development, and the development destroys protection＂, to some extent reflects the conflicts in ruins＇ protection among interest groups （central and local government, residents, explorers and protection mechanism, etc. ）. Considering the proper use of game theory in ana- lyzing conflicts of heritage protection and development, this article, based on the basic content of game theory, analyzes the conflicts between Han Chang＇ an City Ruins＇ protection and regional development, and then discusses the protection strategy for Han Chang＇ an City Ruins.
