摘　　要：目的:探索强制隔离戒毒所内美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)服务提供模式及存在问题,为相关政策制定提供依据。方法:使用文献分析法及个人深入访谈法,了解强制隔离戒毒所内MMT现状,并通过问卷调查比较不同所间戒毒人员对MMT的知晓度与态度情况。结果:综合文献分析及个人深入访谈结果,总结出所内MMT服务提供模式;问卷调查结果显示,该所戒毒人员对美沙酮相关知识的知晓度明显高于其他未提供MMT的强戒所。目前工作中存在的问题包括相关人员认识误区、药物管理与安全隐患、资金与人力缺乏以及准入条件不好把握等。结论:在强制隔离戒毒所内提供MMT服务可行有效,但还有较多问题亟待解决。Obectjve：To explore the service delivery pattern and existing problems of methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） within the compulsory detoxification center, to provide information for relevant policy making. Method： Based on literature review and personal in -depth interviews, the current service delivery situation of MMT was been summarized, and the compare of awareness and attitude among drug addicts from different compulsory detoxification centers by questionnaire survey was been conducted. Results： The service delivery model of MMT was concluded by literature review and personal in - depth interviews, the results from questionnaire survey suggested the awareness of MMT related knowledge of drug addicts from the compulsory detoxification center is significantly higher than those from non - MMT providing centers. Current work problems were found, including misunderstanding among related personnel in the detoxification center, potential hazard from medicine management and safety, lacking of fund and manpower, as well as the tricky enter criteria. Conclusion： The MMT service delivery work within the compulsory detoxification center is feasible and effective, but there are still many problems to be solved.
