摘  要:长链的溴代咪唑离子液体具有表面活性剂性质,其可以作为光度法中增敏剂使用。采用离子液体溴化十二烷基咪唑盐(C12minBr)作为新型光度增敏剂测定食品中铝(Ⅲ)的含量。在pH为4.8的Britton-Robinson缓冲液中,离子液体C12minBr对Al3+-铬天青体系具有增敏作用,形成Al(Ⅲ)-CAS-C12minBr三元配合物,并在650nm波长处有最大吸收,铝的质量浓度在0.0005~0.050g/mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,方法的检出限为0.1ng/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数ε650=1.31×105L/mol·cm。将该法用于罐装啤酒中铝含量的测定,结果与火焰原子吸收光度法测定结果一致,回收率在97.0%~106.0%之间。A new ionic liquid sensitized sepctrophotometic method was proposed on the base of the AI(Ⅲ)- chromeazurol s(CAS)-1-n-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium(C12 minBr) system. In the presence of Britton- Robinson buffer solution of pH4.8, the color reaction of AI(Ⅲ) with Chromeazurol S (CAS) could be sensitized by adding the ionic liquid of C12 minBr. The maximum absorption wavelength of the stationary ternary complex AI(Ⅲ)-CAS-C12 minBr was at 650 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of the complex was 1.31x10^5 L/mol.cm. Beer's law was obeyed for Al(Ⅲ) in the range of 0.5N50.0 ng/mL and the detection limit was 0.1 ng/mL. This developed method was used for the determination of AI in canned beer and the result consistent with those from flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The spike recovery rates in the sample were between 97.0% and 106.0%.
