摘  要:以盆栽三年生银杏实生苗为试材,研究了叶绿素荧光参数对温度变化的响应。结果表明:在5—30℃之间,Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm几乎没有变化,表明在此温度范围内叶片没有受到光抑制。φEo和ψo随着温度降低而逐渐下降,表明降低温度使得PSII反应中心受体侧相对电子传递速率降低。以室温25℃为对照,无论温度降低或升高,RC/CS均上升,而ABS/RC、TRo/RC、ETo/RC及DIo/RC均下降。说明25℃为银杏叶片进行光化学反应的最适温度。总之,5—30℃之间的温度对PSII电子传递速率和PSII反应中心能量分配影响很小。The effect of changing temperature on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was investigated with 3-year-old ginkgo growing in pot as test material. The main results showed as follows:the constant values of Fo, Fm and Fv/Fm indicated that the leaves was not inhibited in the temperature range of 5--30℃. φEo and φo gradually decreased along with decreases of temperature, results indicating that decreasing temperature decreased the electron transfer rate of acceptor side of PSII reaction center. Regardless of the temperature decreased or increased,when 25℃ was used as the control, RC/CS increased while ABS/RC, TRo/RC, ETo/RC and DI./RC all decreased. This results showed that 25℃ were the optimum temperature for the photochemical reaction of ginkgo leaves. In short, temperature in the range of 5--30℃ had little effect on the electron transport rate and the energy distribution of PSII.
