摘 要:将1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚与溴丙烯反应合成具有末端双键的指示剂染料——1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-烯丙氧基萘,并与甲基丙烯酸羟丙脂、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇脂在表面硅烷化过的普通玻璃片上进行共聚合,制得共价固定吡啶偶氮萘基染料分子的光学薄膜。以Cu2+离子为例测试了敏感膜的光学响应性能,结果表明所得材料对溶液中Cu2+具有良好的响应性能。该膜在使用过程中无脱落现象,重复使用6次其相对偏差小于6%。An indicator dye with a terminal double bond,pyridylazo-2-allyloxy naphthalene,was synthesized by the reaction of pyridylazo-2-naphthol (PAN) and allylbromide. The obtained monomer then copolymerized with hydroxypropylmethacrylate and ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate on the ordinary glass surface silanized by 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)-propylmethacrylate. And the optical sensitive membrane which covalently fixed pyridylazo-2-propyleneoxy naphthalene dye molecules was prepared. The response performance of the sensitive membrane for Cu2+ was tested. The results indicated that the membrane material has good response eapability for Cu2+. No shedding phenomenon was observed during the membrane using course. And the relative deviation was less than 6% for six re-use.
