摘  要:建立了分光光度法测定水样中的四环素类抗生素的浊点萃取分离富集新体系。在弱碱性条件下,四环素类抗生素与Nd(Ⅲ)生成淡黄色络合物,加入Triton-X114后,于40℃水浴加热20min,离心使两相分离。在最佳条件下,该方法的检出限为0.0092μg/mL,线性范围为0—2.8μg/mL,RSD为3.4%。该法可用于水样中四环素类抗生素的富集和测定。A novel separation and concentration system for determination of trace tetracycline antibiotics in water samples was established by spectrophotometry with cloud point extraction (CPE). Tetracyclines and neodymium( III ) can yield the light yellow complexes in weak basic medium. Triton X-114 surfactant was added into the system that was heated for 20 min in water bath at 40℃ and then was centrifuged to separated into two phases. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range was from 0 to 2. 8μg/mL,and detection limit was 0. 0092μg/mL with RSD of 3. 4%. The method is applied to concentration and determination of tetracycline in water samples.
