摘　　要：采用荧光分光光度法研究了Cu2+与氧氟沙星配合物的荧光光谱特性。Cu2+在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中能使氧氟沙星的荧光猝灭,且荧光强度降低值ΔF和氧氟沙星浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系。据此建立了一种以Cu2+为荧光探针测定氧氟沙星的新方法,该方法线性范围为1×10-7—2×10-6mol/L,检出限为2.165×10-8mol/L。用于氧氟沙星片剂和鸡肉中药物含量的测定,结果令人满意。The fluorescence characteristics of Cu（ I ） with ofloxacin were studied. Cu（ I ） ion could complex with the ofloxacin ,then quench the fluorescence intensity of ofloxacin. Based on this,a sensitive method of determining the ofloxaein was established. The linear range was 1 ×10-72×10-6mol/L, the detection limit was 2. 165 × 10-8mol/L. The method applied to determination of ofloxacin in tablets and chicken with satisfactory results.
