超声心动图评估参芪扶正注射液治疗联合放化疗患者心肌损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的利用超声心动图作为评估手段,探讨参芪扶正注射液在改善联合放、化疗患者心肌损伤中的作用。方法将本院收治的肿瘤患者60例随机分为2组,治疗组(n=30)给予放、化疗+参芪扶正注射液,对照组(n=30)给予单纯放、化疗。比较治疗后6周、12周2组超声心动图疗效性指标(4个心肌位点的应变率、左心室Tei指数)情况。结果治疗组治疗6周及12周4个心肌位点的应变率及左心室Tei指数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参芪扶正注射液在患者联合放、化疗过程中,对心肌有保护作用。Objective To explore the remedial effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in improv- ing myocardial damage induced by combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy by using echocardio- graph. Methods Sixty tumor patients in our hospital were divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 30） received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and Shenqi Fuzheng injection, and the control group （ n = 30） received radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The echocardiograph indexes （strain rate imaging in 4 myocardial sites, left ventricular Tei index） of the two groups after six or twelve weeks were compared. Results Statistic difference of strain rate imaging and left ventricular Tel index have been found between the two groups after six or twelve weeks （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion During the course of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy, Shenqi Fuzheng injec- tion is effective in protecting cardiac muscle.
