摘　　要：目的总结适形调强放射治疗鼻咽癌的护理体会。方法对10例鼻咽癌患者,采用三维适形调强放疗,在放疗期间进行全程的病情观察及护理。结果 10例患者中,除2例因口腔黏膜糜烂严重,疼痛明显,影响进食,暂停1至2周的治疗外,其余的均顺利完成放疗。结论对鼻咽癌患者行三维适形调强放射治疗过程中做好精心的护理,可以减轻不良反应,减少放疗并发症的发病率,提高治疗效果和患者的生存质量。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of intensity modulated radiation therapy （IMRT） for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Ten patients with nasopharyngeal carci- noma were treated with three dimensional IMRT. Furthermore, disease observation and nursing were implemented throughout the whole radiotherapy as well. Results Among 10 patients, 2 pa- tients suspended treatment for 1 to 2 weeks because of their painful and severe oral mucosal erosion, and the other patients successfully completed radiotherapy. Conclusion During three dimensional IMRT, careful nursing for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients can mitigate the adverse reactions, re- duce the incidence rate of radiotherapy complications and improve the curative effect as well as life quality of patients.
