联合清创处理59例可疑深部组织损伤期压疮的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨联合清创处理可疑深部组织损伤期压疮的治疗效果。方法以联合清创配合全程整体护理干预。结果 59例中有56例治愈。结论通过联合清创处理,明显缩短换药时间(平均20.8d),减轻患者的身心痛苦和经济负担。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined debridement on pres- sure ulcers in suspected deep tissue damage period. Methods To implement combined debridement with the holistic nursing intervention. Results Among 59 patients, 56 were cured. Conclusion With the combined debridement, the duration of dressing change can be shortened obviously（20.8 days on average）. The patients＇ physical and mental suffering as well as economic burden can be re- lieved and reduced.
