摘　　要：目的分析先天性肾病综合征患儿的临床特点并探讨其护理对策。方法对4例先天性肾病综合征患儿的临床资料进行总结和分析,根据患儿存在的临床特点及并发症进行对症护理。结果本组患儿经过有效治疗和护理,4例患儿临床症状均缓解。结论及时准确的评估,并采取有效的护理能有效缓解临床症状,减少患儿的痛苦,减少并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with congenital nephrotic syndrome and explore the nursing strategies. Methods The clinical data of four children with congenital nephrotic syndrome were analyzed and summarized, and corresponding nursing was given to them according to the clinical characteristics and complications. Results All the four chil- dren were relieved after effective treatment and nursing. Conclusion Prompt and accurate evalua- tion along with effective nursing are able to effectively relieve patients＇s clinical symptoms, reduce diseased children＇s pains as well as complications.
