摘 要:目的探讨如何提高门诊预检分诊效率、准确率以及患者的满意度。方法采用标准操作程序(SOP),制定并实施以症状为主诉的门诊预检分诊的标准问诊流程。结果实施分诊的标准问诊流程后门诊预检分诊准确率达到96%,预检分诊正确率提高9%,与实施前比较P<0.05;预检分诊的时间缩短了6.47s(P<0.05);患者满意度达到98%,提高了10%(P<0.05)。结论 SOP能提高门诊预检分诊效率及正确率。Objective To explore the methods for improvement of the efficiency and accura- cy of outpatient triage system as well as the satisfactoriness of patients. Methods Based on the standard operating procedures (SOP), We formulated and implemented a standard interrogation processes with symptoms as the chief complaint for outpatient triage system. Results After the im- plementation of standard interrogation processes, the accuracy rate of outpatient triage system was 96 %, which increased by 9 % (P = 0. 040). The time of outpatient triage system was shortened by 6.47 seconds (P = 0. 033). The patients' satisfactoriness toward outpatient triage system was 98 %, which increased by 10 % (P = 0. 010). Conclusion SOP can improve the efficiency and ac- curacy of outpatient triage system.
