青霉素溶液湿敷在新生儿脐炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨用青霉素溶液外用湿敷治疗新生儿脐炎的方法与效果。方法观察组用常规方法清理脐部后采用青霉素溶液湿敷,对照组按常规清洗消毒脐部,比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),2组有统计学差异。此方法避免了抗生素对新生儿的滥用,又减轻了输液给患儿带来的痛苦,具有方便、实用、廉价等优点。结论青霉素溶液外用湿敷治疗新生儿脐炎可作为无全身症状的新生儿脐炎治疗的首选方案。Objective To explore the effect of wet compress of penicillin solution on the treatment of newborns with omphalitis. Methods Observation group was conducted with wet com- press of penicillin solution on the basis of conventional omphaloidean cleaning while control group was treated with conventional omphaloidean cleaning and disinfection. The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group , and there was statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. Wet compress of penicillin solution could not only avoid the abuse of antibiotics for new- horns, but also reduce the suffering of newborns caused by infusion. It had the advantages such as convenient, practical and cheap as well. Conclusion Wet compress of penicillin solution is the pre- ferred scheme for treating omphalitis newborn without any general symptoms.
