急诊科危重患者家属的需求状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解急诊危重患者家属需求的现状。方法采用对危重患者家属需求量表(CCFNI)和家属一般情况问卷对2010年1月-2011年12月某院急诊科就诊入院的急诊危重患者家属进行问卷调查。结果急诊危重患者家属满足需求排列前五位分别为:真实准确的告知病情、知道病情进展及预后、接受治疗的情况、能随时探视以及能亲自照顾患者;满足需求排列后五位的分别为:医院候诊区的舒适性、有独处的时间、有人协助解决经济问题、有可口的食物和了解相关专业的医疗专家;家属需求最多的是"真实准确的告知病情"和"知道病情进展及预后"。结论急诊医护人员应重视评估和满足急诊危重患者家属的需求,积极主动地采取护理措施满足家属的需求,维持家属的身心健康。Objective To investigate the demands of critical patients′ family members in emergency department.Methods The family members of critical patients in the emergency department of a hospital（from 2010 to December 2011） were investigated with a questionnaire survey by the demand scale（CCFNI） and general questionnaire.As to the demands ranking of critical patients′ family members,the top five were to inform the patient′s accurate truth,know the progress of patient′s conditions and prognosis,understand the progress of treatment and visit and take care of patients.The last five were the comfort of the waiting area in the hospital,the independent time,being helped to solve the economic problems,the delicious food and the relevant medical experts.To inform the patient′s accurate truth and know the progress of patient′s conditions and prognosis were the most popular.Conclusion The staff in the emergency department should pay attention to assessing and taking effective measures to meet the demands of critical patients′ family members to maintain the physical and mental health of them.
