摘 要:目的探讨人文关怀与患者满意度的相关性。方法以某院住院5 d以上的患者为调查对象,设计满意度调查内容,自制满意度调查表,采取封闭式和开放式问卷相结合的方式进行调查。结果满意度调查客观反映了医疗服务各环节中存在的缺陷、亟待改善与解决的问题。并针对存在的问题提出了改善服务细节、增进医患沟通、疏导患者消极心理状况、持续质量改进、加强医院文化建设、尊重和关心员工等措施以提高患者的满意度。结论医学人文关怀在提高患者满意度中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the inpatient satisfaction of humanistic care and the problems inmedical service and to research the correlation between humanistic care and rate of satisfaction.Method Inpatients in our hospital more than 5 days were surveyed by self-designed questionnaires,the investigation was in the way of the combination of closed questionnaire and opened questionnaires and was mainly based on closed questionnaire.Result The degree of inpatients satisfaction can objectively reflect the defects and the problems awaiting to be addressed in the field of medical service.The factors such as improving the quality of services,promoting the communication between patients and doctors,realizing the psychologic status of patients,strengthen hospital culture construction,caring employee life etc,which improve degree of patients′ satisfaction and enhance hospital reputation.Conclusion Humanistic care play an important part in improving inpatients satisfaction rate.
