关于新形势下高校学生党建工作的几点思考

摘　　要：在经济全球化、国际形势复杂化及高校规模扩大化的新形势下,大学生在思想和行动上展现出时代特点,给当前高校学生党建工作带来了诸多挑战。高校作为培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的摇篮,不仅承担着教育当代大学生的责任,同时还肩负着培养接班人的特殊历史使命,因此,冷静分析当前大学生党建工作现状,扎实做好新形势下大学生的党建工作,培养合格的后备力量,是一件具有重要意义的工作。本文剖析了新形势下大学生党建工作面临的问题及挑战,并就如何推进高校学生党建工作提出了几点建议。Under the new circumstances of economic globaliza- tion, international situation complication and proportion expan- sion, the undergraduate students show their novel characteris- tics in thinking and action, what caused challenges to commu- nist party construction among students. As the cradle of social- ism builders, universities assume the responsibility of not only education but culture of young builders. Thus, it is significant for us to know the difficulties clearly and do the party con- struction well. Herein, we analyze the new situation and chal- lenges, and provide applicable suggestion.
