摘　　要：本文从企业管理机制模式的角度,深入分析了在大学生管理工作中引入企业管理机制的必要性,并结合实例介绍了部分企业管理机制的具体运用,通过探索企业管理机制在高校学生工作管理中所起到的作用,阐述了其对高校学生创新管理工作的重要意义。From the point of view of the enterprise management mechanism model, this paper analyzes the necessity of intro- ducing the enterprise management mechanism into the man- agement work of college student, and this paper introduces the specific use of part of the enterprise management mechanism with an example; By exploring the role of the enterprise man- agement mechanism in the college student management, this paper describes the significance of enterprise management mechanism for innovation management of college students.
