摘　　要：本课题从宿舍入手,设立心理健康信息员,目的是建立起师生之间的信息传输桥梁,及时掌握每名学生的心理健康情况,并且通过对心理健康信息员的素质培养,提高学生心理自助能力,使之对营造良好的宿舍生活环境产生积极作用,从而达到促进大学生健康学习和生活的目的。The project begins with the students＇ dormitories and furniture the dormitories with mental health messengers in or- der to build a bridge for transmission between teachers and students to know every student＇s psychological health. Also, by cultivating the psychological quality can improve the mental capacity of them, which can play a positive role of creating a good dormitory environment for the final purpose of motivating college students to study and live healthily.
