摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮和米索前列醇配合清宫术治疗稽留流产的疗效。方法北京航天总医院收治的358例稽留流产患者采用米非司酮和米索前列醇配合清宫术治疗,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果流产总有效率为93.81%。患者不良反应发生少,宫颈软化程度高,术中无须扩张宫颈,1次清宫成功率高,出血量少,术后恢复好。结论米非司酮和米索前列醇配合清宫术治疗稽留流产的疗效显著,手术情况良好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of mipfistone and misoprostol combined with the operation of clearing uterus on missed abortion. Methods The clinical data of the surgical treatment of 358 patients with missed abortion took nfifepristone and misoprostol combined with the operation of clearing uterus were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate was 93.81% , side effects was less, the degree of softening and extension of cervix was higher, hemorrhage volume was lower, the a- chievement ratio of clearing uterus with one time was higher, postoperative recovery was better. Conclusion Tie effect of nfife- pristone and misoprostol combined with the operation of clearing uterus on missed abortion is obviouse. It is worthy to being rec- ommended in clinical practice.
