摘　　要：本文介绍了L4970系列新型PWM式开关稳压电源芯片,给出了其应用场合、主要的性能特点、封装、管脚功能以及关键外围元件参数选择等,重点介绍了L4970A芯片在某半导体致冷装置电源系统中的一个典型应用实例,且详细地给出该实例的工作原理、具体电路、调试安装和注意事项。The paper introduces L4970 series new PWM switching-mode power supply controller which has complete protection, excellent property, and steady output-voltage. It presents its application surroundings, main features, electrical characteristics, encapsulation, pin's functions and pin's uses, choosing methods of the key components, etc. Here, the author emphatically introduces, an application example of switching-mode power supply system applied L4970A in some semiconductor refrigeration device, and gives the operating principle, special circuits, debuging, installation and warning in detail.
