摘　　要：定期测量血压是防止高血压较好的保健方法,然而血压测量受到多种因素的影响,如果测量血压时没有意识到这些影响因素并未及时进行处理,其不利后果是影响疾病的诊断,导致过度治疗和治疗不足。从主客观方面分析这些影响因素,提出了防范建议,给出了正确的操作方法,为临床诊断治疗提供精确的测量数值,为科研工作提供可靠数据。Regular measurement of blood pressure is a good way to prevent hypertension. How ever, blood pressure measurement is affected by many factors. When blood pressure is mea sured, and if those factors have not been realized and processed in time, some adverse conse quences will affect disease diagnosis, which will lead to overtreatment and inadequate treat ment. Some affecting factors are analyzed subjectively and objectively, and some countermea sures and correct operation methods are put forward, so as to provide an accurate numerical measurement for clinical diagnosis and treatment and reliable data for scientific research.
