太原市产业转型与升级的空间战略分析

摘　　要：山西省作为中国资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区,为太原市资源型产业转型和结构调整提供了重要平台。然而,太原产业发展的战略决策长期受路径依赖,资源型产业特征的惯性依然非常强大,使其作为省会城市的核心地位和区域中心城市的特征明显削弱。通过研究区域中心城市产业转型的规律,分析太原经济圈对太原市产业转型的强大拉动作用,提出太原市产业转型与升级的空间战略,为太原市的产业转型和跨越式发展提供科学的决策依据。Shanxi Province is the comprehensive reform test area to determine the transformation of China＇s resource -based regions. It provides a historic opportunity and an important platform for transformation of resource - based industries and structural adjustment in Taiyuan City. However, the strategic decisions of Taiyuan industrial development have long - term path dependence, and the inertia of the resource - based industries feature is still very significant. Being capital city of Shanxi, Taiyuan ＇ s core position and the characteristics of the regional central cities has weakened vividly. This paper researches on the law of industrial transformation of regional central cities and analyzes on Taiyuan Economic Circle with a strong role in boosting the industrial transformation. The conclusion will be space strategies of Taiyuan industrial transformation and upgrading. It will be a scientific decision - making basis for Taiyuan industrial restructuring and leapfrog development.
