资源型地区社会管理转型路径探析

摘　　要：资源型地区在推进经济转型的同时,社会管理转型也刻不容缓。山西当前应抓住综合配套改革试验的机遇,在经济发展中创新社会管理,以社会和谐来促进经济转型。应着重从政府职能转型、民生建设、利益平衡及社会组织发展等方面探究资源型地区社会管理的转型路径。Resource - based areas face not only the transformation of the mode of economic development, but also the urgent requirement for the transformation of social management. At present, we should seize the chance of the comprehensive reform to innovate the social management in economic development, and to promote economic transformation in social harmony. Social management innovation covers all aspects of social construction. This article focuses on the transformation of government functions, construction of people＇ s livelihood, balancing of interests and social organizational development to explore the path of the social management transformation of the resource - based areas.
