摘　　要：我国是一个传统的农业国家,农村的发展是我国社会事业发展的重要组成部分。目前我国的农村体育发展面临着多方面的考验,而旧有的管理体制更多的是一种行政命令式的管理,缺乏社会监督和参与。建立科学的农村体育管理体制要与新农村建设、政府改革、社会变革、体育教育体制改革相结合。China is a traditional agricultural country.The development of the countryside is a very important part of the development of social management in China.Nowadays,there are several challenges in rural sports development.In the meanwhile,the old system is more of an administrative management than a management with social supervision and participation.The establishment of the scientific rural sports management system should combine with new rural construction,government reform,social reforms and the systematic reform of P.E..
