摘　　要：夏季奥运会是世界上规律最大的综合性体育盛会,而夏季奥运会的"金牌运动员"是我国竞技体育优秀运动员群体中的特殊人才,他们的成功经验值得各项目优秀运动员借鉴。系统地分析了我国金牌运动员成才的影响因素,以揭示我国金牌运动员成才的一般规律和成功经验。The Summer Olympic Games is the greatest comprehensive sports event and the Gold medal athletes of the Summer Olympic Games are special talents among the group of Chinese excellent competitive sports athletes.Their successful experience is worth learning by excellent athletes of other sport.This paper systematically analyzes the causes of success of the gold medal athletes in China so as to reveal the rules of success.
